René L17 days agoRespect, attention, and patience ensure an optimal holiday location. The staff, especially Ela, were very friendly, attentive, and took their time with you. This also creates a good atmosphere. The room and the outdoor area, including the private pool, were clean and excellently maintained. The garden behind the pool and the strips along the path to the room were also well maintained by Nyoman. The green gave me a feeling of calm. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were excellent. Der Service war super: Welcome Drink, tolle Einführung, alle Fragen und Wünsche wurden sofort geklärt. Wir haben den Wäscheservice, Scooter Verleih, Massage genutzt und das verfügbare Gym. Die Räume sind wunderschön. Top eingerichtet, schöner innen und außen Bereich. Es gibt nicht nur einen Pool sondern auch eine Badewanne draußen mit allen Wellness Produkten. The reception and SPA staff are wonderful, with a special mention for ELA who is smiling, pleasant, responsive, and meets all your expectations! Natalia K58 days agoPerfect stay We truly recommend this hotel with all our hearts! Everyone was exceptionally nice and helpful, and the rooms were impeccably clean and beautifully designed. The only minor downside is the locatio - you cannot walk to the city center, so you need to rely on Grab or Gojek. Sometimes drivers cancel their rides, but we always managed to get back to the hotel without any major issues. On top of that, the food and drinks are fantastic, and the massages are of the highest standard. Despite the transport quirks, the overall experience is well worth it!Posted on Tripadvisor

The villa is beautiful, very clean, comfortable and has such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect place to come back to after exploring Ubud. The location was great, and we really enjoyed the privacy and the surroundings. Everything was exactly as we hoped — and honestly, even better in person. The villa is really beautiful, spacious and tranquil, and I especially love the private pool. Service is great the staff are very polite. Ela at the front desk was very friendly and told us many things about Balinese cuisine. The food is delicious too and there are a large range of cocktails on offer. The hotel may not be within walking distance of central Ubud but it’s peaceful and quiet, the perfect retreat for me. You can always use grab to get around. The private pool and the bath tub are our favorite! We even had a complimentary floating breakfast and allowed us for alate check-out. The service was exceptional, and all the staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. The breakfast was so hearty and sooooo delicious!!!! Ubytování je zcela výjimečné, prostředí relaxační a velmi klidné, vše je čisté, personál moc milý, pozorný a ochotný. Místní fitko mě úplně okouzlilo. Dostali jsme fialový welcome drink. Využili jsme i službu laundry a top! Na terase je jídelní stůl, snídani vám však na pokoj nepřinesou, nechápu proč. Objednávali jsme si jídlo přes Grab a užili jsme si romantické snídaně u bazénu. Cari134 days agoThe villas are new, clean and well appointed. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. AC works great. Water pressure is strong and LOTS of hot water. There is a small gym, a restaurant and a masseuse on site. The team is extremely pleasant, friendly and helpful. There is also another restaurant across the street. Best is the personal plunge pool, with a lounger in the pool and the giant outdoor stone tub. They even provide bath salts and bubbles. There is a kettle and mini-fridge.
